About us ...
Founded by Emma and Rob in February 2024, our mission is to share our extensive climbing and coaching experience on a global scale.
Both of us began climbing at a young age and had the privilege of competing both nationally and internationally as part of Team GB. Our experiences with top-tier coaches inspired us to start our own coaching business.
What distinguishes us is our deep understanding of the challenges involved in balancing training with a busy lifestyle. We are committed to designing personalised plans for all abilities, tailored to your specific needs. Furthermore, all our training programs are grounded in scientific principles to maximise the effectiveness of your training.

Rob Cook
Starting out as a competition climber where he rapidly advanced to international levels, Rob has now turned his attention to outdoor climbing. His diverse expertise makes him a great coach to help you reach your potential.
